Each Step of the Way
1. Sign Purchase Agreement
We sign a purchase agreement that outlines the price and timeframe for your new home. This is all done electronically.
2. Pre-Construction Walk
Meet with our team at the construction site to measure off where the home will go and to go over concrete and frame items.
3. Rough Frame Walk
We walk the home after the framing is complete to ensure quality.
4. Drywall Walk
We walk the home after drywall is completed to ensure quality.
5. Final Walk
We walk the home with you a week prior to close. At this point we will tape up all needed paint touch ups and drywall repairs along with anything else that needs attention. This ensures we have a week to complete these final items so your home is 100% complete at close.
6. Close on Your New Home
You will walk the home the day of closing to ensure quality and close with our mail away title process from any location in the US.
7. Warranty - 1 month and 11 month Service
You home comes with a 12 month builder warranty. While we are available should anything come up, we proactively set up a visit at 1 month and 11 month to go through and take care of any items that might have come up. These typically include drywall cracks, nail pops or adjusting doors. In Michigan, the home will settle as the temperature shifts that fist year, we are there to help.
