Process

We sign a purchase agreement that outlines the price and timeframe for your new home. This is all done electronically.

Meet with Mike at the construction site to measure off where the home will go and to go over concrete and frame items.

We walk the home after the framing is complete to ensure quality.

We walk the home after drywall is installed to ensure quality.

We walk the home when it is completed to mark any small details that our team can then go through and complete. This often includes paint touch ups or details. This ensures the home is on target for your closing and move in.

After the home is complete to your satisfaction, you will close on the home. Once you do so you receive the keys to your new home.

We walk the home at 3 months after move in to correct and fix anything that you may have found from being in the home. This can include drywall cracks, nail pops and paint touch ups as the home settles.

We walk the home with you at 10 months. This is to ensure quality and that you are fully satisfied with your home. We assist with any items that might be needed prior to the end of the 12 month warranty. This often includes nail pops, drywall cracks as the home settles in the first 4 seasons.
