Once a shovel goes in the ground, your completion date is locked. Miss it and we write you a check for every day we're late.
Most builders can't promise that. We can, because we don't build whatever walks through the door. We build eleven floor plans, and we've built them enough times that there's nothing left to get wrong.
We start a home every Monday during building season. That means our trade partners have steady, predictable work — so the best framers, electricians, and finish carpenters in Northern Michigan show up for us, every week, instead of chasing the next job. Predictable schedules are how you get both craftsmanship and a date you can plan around.
Every plan's price is published on this site. Add land and any site requirements and you have your number. No estimate, no allowances that creep, no call required to find out what a house costs.
Then you make it yours. Cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, and exterior colors are all your call. Same proven plan, and no two of our homes have ever been finished the same way.
